  • $75,000+ amount raised for Church World Service and local food outlets
  • 5,000+ hours volunteered for South Oakland Shelter program 
  • 20,000+ meals assembled for children in Third World countries for Rise Against Hunger
  • 400+ food baskets provided to local agencies at Thanksgiving 
  • 750+ Christmas gifts of clothing and toys given to needy children
  • 1,000 hours volunteered to the Crossroads Soup Kitchen
  • 2,000 hours of volunteer service given to the Welcome Inn Day Center for the Homeless- including 120 casseroles for lunches
  • 50,000+ miles of transportation provided on the Greenfield Bus for homeless people from night shelters to the Welcome Inn Day Shelter
  • $40,000+ amount contributed through “Whose Birthday is It Anyway?” Christmas Eve Offerings provided to Howell Nature Center, Alternatives for Girls, Sanctum House and other causes
  • 25 Memorial Lunches served to over 2,000 grieving families and friends
  • 225 GPC & community children registered in Vacation Bible School 
  • $16,500  amount given by Greenfielders during the Annual Mission Fairs, to agencies such as: Welcome Inn Homeless Day Shelter, Motown Soup, Beads for Life, Tri-Community Coalition, SERRV International, Michigan Search and Rescue, Cass Community Social Services, Equal Exchange Fair Trade products, Leaps and Bounds, GPC Prayer Shawl group, Rahab’s Rope, El Salvador Medical Clinic and Gilda’s Club
  • 570 visits, 846 phone calls, 1174 cards sent, 233 rides, 1820 meals provided by Deacons
  • 5 Summer mission trips taken by STAGE Youth Ministry 
  • 3200+ hours of service performed by STAGE Youth ministry all over the country and in the Detroit area
  • 1300+ flats of flowers and 375+ hanging plants sold by the STAGE youth in the annual flower sale
