The Greenfield Women’s Retreat is coming!

This year’s theme is Tame Your Fears.  We are very pleased to have the Rev. Diana Stover leading us. Fear is a common part of our human experience. It has the power to immobilize or energize our lives. During our retreat session, we will explore ten common ways fear is manifested and how to progress toward conquering those fears. We will examine the ways faith and hope are fools in the building of our confidence and joy.

We will gather at Howell Nature Center at Knoll Lodge on the lake. The retreat starts Friday night and ends later Saturday afternoon. If you can’t make it Friday night, feel free to join us Saturday morning starting at 9:00 a.m. The retreat will be a balance of large group interaction, small group conversations and of course some free time.

Members, friends, and visitors are all welcome. Come for all or part of the retreat. There are 2-5 women to a room. Rooms have their own bathrooms and showers. Please consider joining us, it’s a wonderful opportunity to relax, connect with friends, make new friends and enjoy nature.

Look for applications at the back of the church, and Fellowship Hall. Applications have the cost, what to bring, and times. Scholarships are available. If you have any questions, please contact Paula Robinson or Bonnie Swetman.
